Remote Support Download
1. Download our support app.
Using an iPhone or iPad? Install the SOS app from the App Store.
2. Launch the downloaded program/app.
3. Give the 9-digit number to your support technician.
When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program or close the app.
This ensures your computer/mobile device cannot be remotely accessed any more until you run the program/app and explicitly grant permission again.
